The entire process takes just 5-10 minutes!

Do I need an account to use FundFlow?

To donate: No account required! You can donate to any campaign without signing up.

To create campaigns: Yes, you need a free account to start and manage campaigns.

What types of campaigns can I create?

Not eligible for refunds:

  • Change of mind after successful donation

How quickly can I withdraw funds?

Most withdrawals are processed within 24 hours!

Withdrawal process:

  1. Submit withdrawal request from your dashboard

Requirements for withdrawal:

Can I start a fundraiser for someone else?

Only payment processing fees apply:

  • Credit/Debit Cards: ~2-3% (charged by banks)
  • UPI: ₹0 (completely free)
  • Net Banking: ₹10-20 per transaction

How do I delete my account?

We're sad to see you go! Before deleting:

  • Withdraw any remaining funds
  • Download your donation history and receipts
  • Cancel any recurring donations you've set up

To delete your account:

  1. Email support@fundflow.com with your request
  2. Confirm your identity and reason for deletion

  4. All personal data will be permanently removed
